At BORN, we pride ourselves on having the largest selection of natural and practical products for parents and their baby. We sell a wide range from nappies to furniture and buggies.  Our stores in London and Bristol enable you to come and have a demonstration and get plenty of advice. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and unsurpassed service. 

There are some products that we sell that you may find cheaper on the internet - these shops spend time trying to undersell one another, a game we choose not to play; we'd rather spend time with our customers.  However, if you should find an item cheaper elsewhere but value our ethics and service and want to support what we stand for please talk to us as we are often able to price match with other stores.  You will of course still get the same care and aftersales service you expect from Born.  Send an email to shop@borndirect.com with your request and we will endeavour to help.

As far as possible, we only sell products which are made from natural renewable resources, are made by fair trade workers and have a minimal impact on the environment. This means that we source in the UK or Europe only looking further a field if there is no alternative.

Delivery of all orders within the UK is £4.50. Some items are delivered free of charge (all orders that include Tripp Trapp Chairs).
